Our author, Paramhansa Narendra. He was born on 15 November 1954 near the holy city of Amritsar. Driven by a deep longing for spiritual enlightenment, he began a transformational journey in 1993 by receiving diksha from Reverend Guru Paramahansa Nikhaleshwarananda of Siddhashram Himalaya and performing his duties as a householder under the leadership of him and Shuddha Sattva Pradhan Mahamaya Rajrajeshwari and Studied higher spiritual and yoga science.
Through years of dedicated practice and constant pursuit of knowledge, attained the respected status of Paramahamsa, which reflects his profound understanding and mastery in the spiritual realm. With over 28 years of personal experience in this field, he has become a beacon of wisdom and inspiration for seekers on the path of self-discovery.
